Το βασικό επίπεδο αποτελεί το πρώτο επίπεδο στην εκπαίδευση του βελονισμού Su Jok και οδηγεί στην λήψη του πτυχίου της Ακαδημίας της Μόσχας, αναγνωρισμένου από την International Su Jok Association,με τίτλο “Standard Correspondence System of Hands and Feet”.
Πραγματοποιείται σε τρεις ημέρες (σύνολο 24 ώρες) και μαζί με τις εξετάσεις.
Ήδη το πρώτο σεμινάριο εξοικειώνει τον υποψήφιο με την τοποθέτηση βελονών, μόξας, χρήση διαγνωστικού στικ κ. ά. ανοίγοντας το δρόμο προς τη συνεχή εξάσκησή του, μέχρι να προχωρήσει στο επόμενο επίπεδο, χωρίς να ξεχάσει αυτά που διδάχτηκε.

1st lecture
History of development of the Su Jok therapy method. Similarity of the hand to the body. The evidence of correspondence of the thumb to the head. The standard system of correspondence to the body on the hands. Location of the lines of symmetry, Yin-Yang border and projections of the diaphragm on hands. Primary and secondary correspondence systems. Correspondences to a head, neck, extremities. Basic stages of locating correspondence points.
Demonstration of the efficiency of the method. Locating therapeutic points with the diagnostic probe. Massage techniques in the correspondence systems using fingers, diagnostic probe and roller massagers.
2nd lecture
Projections of the organs of the chest, abdomen and small pelvis, of the spinal column, nervous and endocrine systems.
The standard system of correspondence to the body on feet. Location of the lines of symmetry, Yin-Yang border and projections of the diaphragm on feet. Projections of the organs of the chest, abdomen and small pelvis, of the spinal column, nervous and endocrine systems.
Partial correspondence systems. Locating “difficult” points in the standard body correspondence systems on hands.
Minisystems of correspondence.
Treatment of pain (principles and methods). Application of surface applicators: magnet and metal stars and other artificial stimulators.
Therapy with moxes. Indications and contra-indications. Various types of moxa. Methods of treatment using moxa (tonification, sedation and harmonization). Basic treatment. Solar therapy.
Treatment with micro needles and T-needles. Bloodletting. Inserters, replaceable tips. Sterilization. Application of natural stimulators: seed therapy, litotherapy.
3rd lecture
The three-level structure of the world and its reflection in the correspondence systems. The “insect” correspondence system. Nail therapy. Su Jok emergency therapy. Theory of reflection axes.
The Homo system of the body, principles of its organisation (briefly).
Basic principles of treatment in correspondence systems: two- and three-point treatment, five-step treatment. Rubber-band therapy. Elastic rings, sticks for massage and other massagers. Device for vibromassage. Color light stimulators.
Approaches to treatment of specific pathologies.
